This is a remarkable design and so versatile! It's a curtain but it's also a blind and a valance. The curtain is lined, in the same fabric as the valance is made of. It hangs straight, from adjustable ties at the top (which also allow you to remove the valance if you want to). There are ties at the front and back so you can raise or lower the panel as you wish to. Designed in France, and made under strict supervision in India, to be able to offer affordable hand embroidery and finish.
